I gave RoofScope a try mostly because it was supposed to connect with my estimating software, but it didn’t go as smoothly as I expected.

The report details didn’t transfer over correctly, so I still ended up fixing a bunch of things manually, which sort of makes you wonder what the integration is really doing. Support took a while to get back to me too, and even then, it didn’t really get resolved.
Maybe it works better with other setups, but for mine it just added extra work instead of saving time. I don’t think it was worth it for me.

Support did reply in the end, but slow the replies were. I was waiting around a bit longer than I expected...

The cost felt a bit high for the reports you get. I was expecting more value for the money, but it didn’t really feel worth it to me.

I had to ask twice to get the revisions made, which was frustrating at first. I was ready to be annoyed about the whole thing, but then they actually fixed it properly in the end, so… okay, fair enough. It worked out.

It did miss one item , but overall it was still really helpful

Was hoping the lead conversion support would make a difference, but didn't get much out of it. Leads just didn't convert.

The site looks professional and was easy enough for me to get around. I just wish the pricing had been clearer upfront, because I don’t really want to spend extra time digging for that kind of info.

I mostly tried RoofScope just to see if they’d even cover my address, and they did, which was a relief because a couple other sites I checked didn’t. The whole thing was straightforward to use. It took a little while to confirm the details for my address, but everything went through fine in the end. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a handful of pretzels while waiting for it to load, so maybe that’s why the wait stuck in my head. Overall, no complaints, and I’d use it again if I needed another roof report

I was trying to check the roof details when I really needed the info, and of course the imagery ended up being blurry. The timing was frustrating because I couldn’t make out what I needed clearly enough.

Most of my orders have shown up around when they were supposed to, so I can’t really complain too much. But the last one had a small delay, which was kind of disappointing since I’ve gotten used to them being consistent. Overall they’ve been reliable, just not perfect

It was useful, for sure!! The waste factor did help a bit... but I still had to go back and check everything myself, just to be safe!!!

I mean, the site gets the job done for the most part. I was able to find what I needed eventually, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, it took longer than I expected, and a few pages felt kind of cluttered. The navigation wasn’t super obvious at first either, which was annoying when I was trying to move quickly. Overall, it works fine, but I’m not sure I’d call it especially easy to use...

So... the report had the info I was looking for, and overall it was easy to understand. The measurements were clear enough, and the layout was decent for the most part.
That said, a few sections felt kind of crowded, and I ended up scrolling around more than I expected. It would be nicer if the format were a bit cleaner and easier to download or share.

They did help me in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but the reply took a while. I had to keep checking back and follow up, which just felt like extra work I didn’t really want to deal with

I ordered the report sometime back in March, or maybe early April, for a roof that has a bunch of weird angles and little add-ons. it didn’t really seem to capture how complicated the roof actually is. I ended up having to go back and double-check everything myself anyway. For a simple roof it might be fine, but for my situation it just didn’t feel worth it.

For my crew, though, it hasn’t been some huge game changer. A few numbers seemed a little off to me, and because I’m picky about ordering materials, I still double-check before committing to anything. So the time savings are there sometimes, but not every single job.

Support was fine, just not anything that really stood out. I’d say roofscope is useful during busy weeks or when I need a fast starting point, but personally, I wouldn’t rely on it by itself for every roof

Roofscope worked fine for what I used it for, but the subscription setup could definitely be easier. The options felt a little too limited for my month-to-month needs, and while canceling wasn’t difficult, it wasn’t as smooth as I expected either. That part felt avoidable. Overall, not a bad experience, just average for me.
